"My first task of the New Year is to write and tell you how very
pleased I am with all the remodeling work you did on my condo recently.
As you know, it was a work-in-progress for planning as there were
so many unknowns in the beginning. Totally gutted kitchen, uneven
floors, dryer vents in the way of cupboard doors, plumbing moves,
toe-kick drawers…the list goes on. You patiently counseled
me through the rough decision spots, like granite instead of marble
for my counters, floors and fireplace for durability, and gave
me great ideas along the way, like the diamond inserts on the mantle.
Mostly, though, you all did such a fine job of workmanship with
the materials used.

I love the way my white maple
cabinetry shines from inside with the seeded glass doors
and lighting within. I can’t tell you how many times
I have played with the dimmer switches to show off the cool
mood in the kitchen to my friends. They just go crazy over
the Galaxy Black counters and floor trim. That black trim
next to the Imperial White granite, down the hallway especially,
makes the entire place look so classical. And it sparkles,
too! My new favorite spot to sit is on the new raised hearth
at the fireplace. With the built-in boxes for wood and paper
underneath, it sure makes the place cozy…and neat.
Matt, you and your team helped me squeeze every inch of
space and usefulness from my small condo and made it look
wonderful, too. My idea for “Rhonda’s Night Café” (thank
you Vincent Van Gogh for the inspiration) has finally come
to life in my very own home. Thanks again to all of you for
helping me make a long-time dream come true! You know I will
tell everyone who sees my place all about Rain City Stone.
